Consent. 

    The Day 1 May - acknowledge worldwide daytime choice and daytime Consents. 

   If government has fixed the election for the other day, that population can not acknowledge them and not to come out of building in this day until will are nominated by election. If candidates on choice have not taken the halfs a voice all constituents, that such election it is necessary to consider void. Since majority must comply with the minority. But majority considers such election so not seriously. If government does not want to fix the new election, population can not leave on work with 1 May and before that time while government will not acknowledge the election void or will not fix new election. 

    Not a single president can not be on post more than 5 let. 

    Beginning of the Day of the Consent to consider 1 May 2007 for all countries. The Following Daytime Consents to fix 1 May 2012. And so in each five years to fix 1 May daytime Consents. 

    1 June 2012 fix the election of the president of the Planet on convention president all countries. 

    In the other years 1 May will be noted holiday of the Consent, giving possibility folk to show its attitude to action of the powers.
