     Clergy, in Moslem country, strives to state management, and obtains introduction spiritual principle in state management that positively tells on society and family morals, and raises birth rate.   Christian clergy stands by from state, saving its sovereignty, limited by its service in temple. That brings about fall spiritual level in society and in family, and lowers birth rate. Since state can control the people not having clear notion about Code of fairness and not acknowledging spiritual основ of the person.

    This brings about gradual increase the number мусульман, reduction христиан, appearance of the different currents and religion. That will hereinafter bring about fight for power.

    Such example is a Chechen fight for power.
